Complete your purchase of the
Shoelace Tag at our physical or online store.
Step 02 : Fill Out the Order Form
- On the this first page, upload your proof of
payment receipt.
- Proceed through the following pages and provide your design details (colors, font choice, alignment & etc).
- If you choose the custom logo add-on (+RM10), upload your logo file (PNG/PDF/SVG) and specify the placement : Left or Right.
Step 03 : Review & Submit
Kindly review your files, text, and selections carefully before submitting the form.
Order Confirmation & Shipping
Tracking details will be sent to you via email when your package is ready for dispatch.
Notes- Each tag is custom made just for you, once engraved, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Please ensure your spelling and details are correct when you submit, we engrave exactly what you provide.
- Engraving takes 1–2 working days before shipping (courier delivery time not included).
- Variations in depth/finish are natural due to material differences.
- Character limits may vary by font; please refer to the maximum character allowance for your chosen font.
- Custom logo replaces the design on one shoelace tag (left or right) — specify your preference.
- Accepted logo formats: PNG, PDF, SVG.
- The actual colors of the tag may vary from the pictures shown.
